Wonderful place, public parking, exceptional staff. Spotless and updated rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Particularly nice views of the castle and a modern design. Incredible very central location and inclusive breakfast. Besides, easy access to Rossio Square. Friendly service during my very comfortable stay. The check out is friendly.

I had a deluxe twin room and it was extremely spacious with enough selection.

It was in a good location next to a metro station, the tourist area and main square in the heart of the Old Town.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, appreciated the inside view from our classic room. The venue was in an incredible location close to the banks, shops, restaurans, Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio station. Dessert restaurant Santini Chiado located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It was in a great and stunning location near a tube station. I randomly popped in Santini Chiado serving some pastries, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, it was nice. I loved convenient placing of a balcony and a Nespresso coffee machine in the classic queen room.

Safe and clean place, great view of the castle. Absolutely kind staff from reception to the waiters, large room. Good and incredible location in Lisbon, very close to central Lisbon and public transport, museums and the Castelo S and restaurants and shopping. Besides, easy to get to an iron elevator.

Nice building and rooms with a ‘ inside view'. Marvellous and fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk to a historic castle. Nice area.

The staff was incredible, exceptional, no complains at all. The hotel was in a marvellous location close to Close to Chiado. On the whole fab food; Joao do Grao was in the vicinity.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Da Baixa. The room size was perfect and the check-in staff was welcoming and efficient. The location of the hotel was also ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city. The hotel had a lovely bar with live music in the evenings, creating a great atmosphere. The breakfast offered a good selection and the hotel even provided fresh pastries in the lobby. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. The shower in our room was amazing, with double shower heads and a waterfall setting. The high-tech features, such as automatic shades, added an extra touch of luxury. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider returning to this superb hotel.

If I had to be critical, I would mention that the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have better maps available for tourists.

I recently stayed at this upscale hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions. The room itself was perfect - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Lues at the front desk.

The location was perfect with a subway station close to the accommodation.

The location is in a good spot close to square. And it's just off both Baixa, Alfama and Bairro Alto districts and all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are reasonably large and newly renovated with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors.

We had the classic queen room and it was beautifully decorated and well-kept with a large bathroom. The location was magnificent and incredible, next to surrounded by shops, the historical centre and Lisbon.
